  • How much does shipping cost?

    Shipping will vary by zip code and what shippable pack you have selected. You can calculate the cost on the “cart” page by typing in your city, state, and zip code.

    ** Rah Raw recommends 45lb shippable packs for UPS shipments as the shipping cost increases significantly with 60lb packs.

  • Why am I not getting the option to ship?

    In order to get the shipping option, you will need to have a shippable pack in your cart. Any additional items will automatically remove the shipping option. You can find the Shippable Packs here: https://rahraw.com/product-category/packs/

  • Does the product come frozen?

    Yes, when shipping our products, they arrive frozen in an insulated cooler box. During the summer months, some thaw can occur. Remove from the cooler and refreeze.

  • When will my order ship?

    UPS orders received before Monday at 1 pm CST will ship out on Monday each week. UPS orders received Monday after 1 pm CST will get packed in the order in which they are received. If we can’t get to your order in time, it will ship out the following Monday. Speedee Delivery orders go out Monday-Tuesday each week. Your order will arrive within the week, depending on where you are located. You will receive a confirmation email Monday evening to confirm your order has shipped.

  • Refund Policy on Shipping Orders

    Unfortunately, we are unable to refund or take back any order that has been shipped. When shipping our perishable products, Rah Raw does not offer any refunds or exchanges. If you have any questions or concerns, please email us and we are happy to help.

  • Are the Blends a Complete Diet?

    Titan Red and Titan Blue will be an All-Life Stage Complete Food with all of the vitamins and minerals already added for you! We do recommend supplementing as well as rotating proteins when feeding the 80-10-10 blends.

  • Metro Delivery Details

     All local deliveries will be delivered on Wednesdays. 5lb tubes and 10lb Sliders will be available for delivery. At this time, we will be unable to deliver any whole parts as they do not fit into our coolers. Orders received before 6 AM on Wednesday will be delivered that day. Orders received after 6 AM on Wednesday will be scheduled to be delivered the following Wednesday. We will be unable to guarantee the exact delivery time as it will depend on that day’s route. 

     

    If “I will be home” to receive the delivery is selected, and no one is home to receive the order, we will be unable to leave the order at your home. If no one is home to receive your order, you will still be charged $15 and that will be non-refundable. You can pick your order up from the store or call 612-268-0729 to have the order delivered with the following week’s delivery schedule for an additional $15 charge. If you need to leave your home before the delivery arrives, please leave a cooler with adequate space to fit your order and inform us via a phone call letting us know of the change. 

     

    If “I will provide a cooler” is selected, please leave the cooler where our delivery driver can easily access it. A cooler with adequate space to fit your order is required. If there is not a cooler with adequate space left out, we will be unable to deliver your order. You will still be charged $15 and that will be non-refundable. You can pick your order up from the store or call 612-268-0729 to have the order delivered with the following week’s delivery schedule for an additional $15 charge. 

     

    If “Buy cooler” is selected, the delivery will come in the cooler(s) which can hold up to 60 lbs (12 tubes) or up to 40 lbs (4 boxes) of sliders. There will be a $10 charge for each cooler required to hold your order. If you purchase a cooler or have purchased a cooler from us in the past, the coolers can be reused for future orders.
